That’s according to Dr. Mehmet Oz. He dropped this bombshell during an appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show (read more about his interview here), and also offered some more weight-loss facts. It turns out that having more sex is good for losing weight.
While the actual amount of calories burned during intercourse is negligible (about as many calories as a slice of bread), the side-effect is that it reduces your appetite by releasing oxytocin.
Dr. Oz probably should have mentioned that a man’s penis doesn’t grow when he loses weight. It stays the same size, but you get to see more of it and use more of it when there’s less fat covering it up.
